Check it—the people over at MUNCHIES teamed up with Atlanta’s own Waka Flocka Flame and musician Raury to make blueberry muffins that look so damn good. And the best part? They’re vegan! Waka and Raury are both committed vegans, so they know that a plant-based diet saves over 100 animals every year, is better for the environment, and is healthier for them.
I can practically smell those muffins right now, and it’s killing me. Whether you’ve got a case of the munchies or just feel like some dope vegan muffins, Waka said it best: “Blueberry muffins is amazing”—and I couldn’t agree more.
And FYI: Waka is a longtime friend of peta2. He’s even let us go on tour with him and has starred in two peta2 ads.
The first was an “Ink, Not Mink” campaign in which Waka encouraged the hip-hop community to “understand what you buy” and think of the animals killed for their fur, such as foxes, minks, rabbits—and even dogs and cats.
Of course, a dude who is known for heavy bass and rhymes isn’t going to hold back. So to prove it, in the second ad he warns cowards to “pick on somebody your own size” and encourages everyone to treat companion animals with kindness.
